We’ll kick things off with an intake session where I get the scoop on your business. We’ll chat about:

Your Goals: What you’re dreaming of achieving, and how GoHighLevel (GHL) (plus a little help from me) can get you there.
Your Customers' Journey: How you want your customers to feel when they visit your site, read your emails, or connect with you - I’m all about creating that perfect vibe!

After we’ve got the details, we’ll map out the first project together with clear deliverables.

What’s Included in “Personal Support”?

My support hours are $50/hour, and I only bill for the hands-on work I do to make your life easier, like:

Setting up your GoHighLevel account (think domains, emails, phone stuff - techy bits made simple).
Building things like webpages, forms, checkouts, surveys, automations, email campaigns, or even writing copy or creating images.
Troubleshooting when things get wonky - I’ve got your back!

What I Don't Bill For:

Our intake chat (it’s my treat!). Quick emails or questions that take less than 15 minutes - little check-ins are on me!

Bigger projects might need a quick call to nail down the details, but I’ll always give you a heads-up on how long I think it’ll take and when it’ll be done. My goal? To wrap up most requests within 5 business days (big stuff might take a tad longer). Once your brand is all set, builds go lightning-fast!

Plus, You’ll also get access to a shared Google Drive spreadsheet where we’ll track your requests and hours - total transparency, just the way I like it!

Payment Stuff (Keeping It Simple)

I’ll send an invoice either monthly or after every 15 hours - whichever comes first. Payment is due within 2 weeks. With every invoice, you’ll get a time report showing hours and tasks - clear as day!

I bill in 15-minute chunks (rounded up or down to keep it fair).
