What’s Included in “Personal Support”?

My support hours are $50/hour, and I only bill for the hands-on work I do to make your life easier, like:

Setting up your High Level account (think domains, templates, users, etc.).
Building things like webpages, forms, checkouts, surveys, automations, email campaigns, or even writing copy or creating images.
Troubleshooting when things get wonky - I’ve got your back!

Bigger projects might need a quick call to nail down the details, but I’ll always give you a heads-up on how long I think it’ll take and when it’ll be done. My goal is to wrap up most requests within 5 business days (big stuff might take a tad longer). Once your brand is all set, builds go fast.
