Lisa Canterbury, MBA

Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience supporting small businesses and nonprofit organizations with website development and updates, social media, copywriting, communications, program development, and a wide range of related marketing and operational needs.
Her passion is helping people turn their visions into reality, whether that means bridging a skills gap or amplifying a great idea. Clients often come to her with the product, the drive, and the dream, and she provides the practical support and know-how needed to connect those strengths with the right audience and set the stage for success.
With a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Ashland University, and a Google Digital Marketing and eCommerce Certificate, Lisa offers a strong foundation in strategic insight, operational efficiency, and innovative problem-solving.
In addition to her professional work, Lisa serves on the City of Hudson’s Economic Growth Board. She is also Vice President of the Hudson Women's Collective, President of her Home Owners Association as well as an active member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Hudson.
Tabata Araujo
Website, Graphics, Social & Project Management Support
Tabata is a graduate of the first Graphic Design class at the University of Santa Catarina, back in Brazil where she grew up. She is a passionate Graphic Designer with a love for turning ideas into powerful and meaningful visuals while focusing on brand integrity.
She is excited to be part of the Pixel Drift Marketing Team and to embark on this new venture while reconnecting with her original degree. Her love for art and travel will bring an inspiring perspective to projects.
Outside of work, Tabata stays busy with her husband, 3 children and dog. They are a very active family, often going on bike rides during the warmer months of the year and skiing as much as possible in the winter. She is always planning their next vacation, filled with adventures and great food. She also dedicates her time to various volunteer opportunities within their schools and sports organizations.
Tabata also serves as a board member on the Hudson Women's Collective.
Brad Greathouse
Website, Social & Graphics Support
With more than 10 years of experience, Brad helps bring brands to life through eye-catching graphics, engaging websites, social media content, and thoughtful marketing materials.
He specializes in managing social media posts, designing print and digital assets, and supporting brand development to help clients stand out. Known for his creative mindset and versatile skill set, Brad enjoys turning ideas into polished visuals that make an impact.
Brad holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Akron.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys sports, video games, and spending time being a dad to his two girls. His energy, creativity, and approachable personality make him a valued part of the Pixel Drift Marketing team.
Lydia Redd
Marketing Intern
Lydia is a Marketing major at The University of Akron and a dedicated student-athlete. She thrives on the intersection of discipline and creativity.
Lydia is beyond excited to be a part of the team at Pixel Drift Marketing, where she applies her drive for excellence to real-world challenges. Her goal is to bridge the gap between bold creative vision and precise technical execution, ensuring we deliver high-impact results in every project.
Lydia brings all the latest knowledge from the classroom as well as an eye for design and social media expertise.
Lucy Canterbury
Marketing Intern
Lucy Canterbury is a Marketing Intern at Pixel Drift Marketing, bringing creativity and skill to the team. A current student at The Ohio State University, she’s majoring in Marketing with a minor in Spanish, and is fluent in the language.
Lucy brings expertise in Photoshop, Canva, as well as design experience. As a member of The PRactice, a PRSSA-accredited, student-run PR firm at OSU, she’s honed her skills by developing marketing campaigns for local clients of the club, blending social media, design, and traditional PR strategies.
Kayla Greathouse
Virtual Assistant
Kayla Greathouse supports Pixel Drift Marketing in a VA capacity. She helps keep daily operations running smoothly through registration tracking, data entry, and supporting team members across a variety of projects and tasks.
With nearly 10 years of administrative experience, Kayla is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything on track behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Kayla is a proud girl mom who spends most of her free time at the dance studio or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events.
She brings the same energy, dedication, and positivity to both her family life and her work.
