Hudson Community First supports local families through programs, educational resources, community events and initiatives that help young people thrive. But its digital tools were spread across multiple platforms, creating extra work for volunteers and making it harder to organize events and programs, track attendance, collect payments, send communications and share resources.
Pixel Drift Marketing moved Hudson Community First to HighLevel and created a centralized system that works as both a public-facing website and a behind-the-scenes operational hub.
Hudson Community First was relying on a collection of separate tools to manage its programs and outreach, including Jotform, Google Forms, Constant Contact, PayPal and SurveyMonkey. Each platform handled one piece of the process, but together they created unnecessary expenses, manual work and disconnected information.
The organization also wanted to:
Increase awareness of its mission, programs and parent resources
Improve attendance at events and presentations
Simplify event and program registration
Make fundraising acknowledgments more efficient
Streamline Holiday Shoppe vendor registration and payments
Give parents ongoing access to valuable educational presentations
Grow its email audience and social media presence

We rebuilt the Hudson Community First website in GoHighLevel, giving the organization one central platform for its website, contacts, registrations, forms, payments, email communication and automations.
By replacing several standalone services with tools already available inside HighLevel, Hudson Community First was able to reduce both subscription costs and administrative work.
We developed We created streamlined online registration experiences for programs, presentations and community events.
Automated confirmation messages and reminders helped registered attendees remember event details and follow through on their plans, resulting in a dramatic improvement in attendance.
We developed a more consistent approach to gathering contact information and communicating with families throughout the year.
In just one year, Hudson Community First’s email list grew from 500 contacts to 1,153 contacts.
A Consistent Social Media Presence
Over the reporting period, Facebook performance included:
5.2K content interactions, up 32.5%
1.3K link clicks, up 132.2%
6.6K Facebook visits, up 12%
251 new follows, up 105.7%

Program and Event Registration
We created streamlined online registration experiences for programs, presentations and community events. Automated confirmation messages and reminders helped registered attendees remember event details and follow through on their plans, resulting in a dramatic improvement in attendance.
HighLevel forms, surveys and payment tools replaced several outside services, including Jotform, Google Forms, PayPal payment links, SurveyMonkey, and Constant Conact
Consolidating these tools helped Hudson Community First save money, reduce duplicate work and keep important information in one organized system.
Using HighLevel’s blog functionality, we developed an online resource center where parents can access past presentations and educational materials on demand.
Instead of valuable information disappearing after a live program ends, families can continue benefiting from the content throughout the year.
HighLevel was used as a point-of-sale system for the Hudson Community First Holiday Shoppe, including tap-to-pay functionality.
This made in-person checkout quicker and easier while keeping payment activity connected to the organization’s primary system.
We created a streamlined checkout process for Holiday Shoppe vendors, making it simple to reserve and pay for a space online without requiring manual invoices or back-and-forth communication.
Automated receipts and donor acknowledgments are now sent after annual gifts, providing donors with immediate confirmation while reducing manual follow-up for the organization.

The move to HighLevel gave Hudson Community First more than a new website. It created a connected digital infrastructure that supports the organization’s programs, fundraising, communications and community outreach.
